1. How do I register?

Registration is absolutely FREE & Easy. Go to Register at the top of the page to sign up and follow the instructions.

2. How do I verify my account so I can sell on my Secret Wardrobe?

Verifying your account is important to the buyer. Once you are verified, your verified status will be displayed next to your profile and username. This will show the buyer that you are a trusted seller. You will need a Paypal account to verify your account and there will be a 10 cent fee.  

To verify your account go to "account". This will take you to the dashboard. Go to my account then user verifications and follow the steps.

3. How do I list an item?

Click ‘sell’ on the navigation bar. Follow the step-by-step instructions provided. Don’t forget, using the right keywords is crucial for optimum search results. Choose your keywords carefully.

4. How many listings can I post?

There is no limit to the number of listings you can post.

5. Can I set up a store to sell my items. 

Yes. For $4.95 a month you can have your own store and list your items which will feature on the home page. You can select the categories that your listing will show up in for sale. 

6. Can I have a picture/photo in my ad?

Yes, you can add photos and images for each listing you post.

7. How much does it cost to list and sell an item?

Nothing. Listing and selling an item is FREE. If you want more exposure when listing your item you can select an upgrade. You are sure to get noticed!

8. What is the photo size limit I can Upload?

The max. size limit for each photo uploaded is 5MB (1500 x 1500pixels). If it’s over 5MB you will receive an error message.

9. What if I forget my password?

If you forget your account password, you can request a new password be generated and emailed to you automatically. Once you receive the new password, you can either keep and use it or change it within your account.

10. Can I Promote my Business on the site?

11. Can I leave feedback and rating?

Yes. This is a great tool to find honest, reliable and genuine people.

12. How should I pay for an item I would like to purchase?

We STRONGLY recommend using either cash on delivery or Paypal as the safest method of payment. Please be cautious when making payment directly into a sellers account. Do not make payment via direct deposit unless you are 100% satisfied the seller is legitimate and trustworthy.

13. Cannot find a category to suit my listing?

Just send an email on our contact page and once approve we will add it to our categories.

If you feel that the ad, seller or buyer are breaking our rules, you can report it by going to our contact us page or by clicking on the Report Button on the listing and write a detailed reason.  Ad will remain active until the administrator checks it out.
